In general, people over water their lawns, gardens, and landscaping.  Less frequent watering applied slowly promotes healthy and deeper roots in your plants.  Do not flood your soil, only apply water as fast as the soil can absorb it and stop watering when it won’t absorb any more.  Avoid watering your lawn and plants at the same time because your plants and lawn have different needs. Generally speaking, your lawn only needs about one inch of water, applied slowly, per week.  Keep your soil water level maintained with constant moisture and do not over water when it becomes dry.  This not only wastes water, but again will create an environment favorable to harmful mold and mildew.

Meet client go over their needs, wants, looks, area, conditions, plant material, and budget. Put all factors together and landscape without a drawing.

2. Deposit Design:
Meet client go over their needs, wants, looks, area, conditions, plant material, budget and deposit for design. Then draw up a landscape design. After landscape design drawing is completed and okayed by the client, deposit is then deducted from the total amount of landscaping job.

Time frame: (+/-) 3-6 weeks.

3. Architectural Set and Size:
Meet client go over their needs, wants, looks, area, conditions, plant material, and budget. Draw Landscape design full size set of drawings (Planting Plan is based per hour).

Time frame: (+/-) 4-8 weeks. This is for the do it yourselves client or bid out job.

Optional:
Upon 1st-deposit before the design process starts the Owner/Designer can meet with the client at a nursery to show and go over plant material.
